    My name is Jesse Cross A board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and I want you to know—nothing is “wrong” with you for needing support. Life can be heavy, and caring for your mental health is a brave and meaningful step.

    This optional concierge service provides secure, non-emergency text access to your Psychiatric / Psych Nurse

    Practitioner outside of scheduled appointments. This service is not billable to insurance and does not replace

    visits or emergency care.

    Tier Access & Response Time Monthly Fee (Per Patient)

    Silver Business hours (same-day response) $125

    Gold Extended hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) $150

    Platinum 24/7 access (1–2 hour response) $250

    VIP 24/7 priority (≤60-minute response) $300

    College Students Specials just Ask (18-25)

    Included Services

    • Brief non-urgent clinical questions

    • Medication clarification

    • Symptom monitoring and guidance

    • Care triage and recommendations

    Not Included

    • Emergency or crisis intervention
